The property itself was very nice. The area around it is not that great. Still the area is safe but there are homeless & the train tracks are right next to the hotel. So you will hear the train passing from 5am-12am daily. You will be very close to multiple different train stations all within 7-10 min walk away from the hotel.
i would like to thank the staff there for very accomodative towards my request. i have to checkout early from my previous hotel, and no place to put my luggage, bur the staff there helped me to take care and the staff explained very well on checkin procedures.
the hotel is a 10 mins walk from JR/odeo line.you will find Lawson nearby.
Vacationed in Japan for 2 weeks, stayed her for 3 days. This was by far the noisiest hotel. The homeless keep you up (you can hear the chitchat)and the trains start running at 5am. Do not book if you are a light sleeper. I was awakened by homeless yelling and the trains. The windows have security bars but you are able to slide the window open. My view was the mechanics of air system and the train bridge. Staff is helpful and friendly. The staff leaves for the evening; pin is required to enter the hotel in the evening. Four beds room was old and hand made plywood beds. The mattress was comfortable. The tv didn’t work cable was out. The surrounding area has homeless and apartment living for men whom have financial difficulties. I choose this hotel because of price and close to subway and public transportation.
After reading other comment's about the area was a bit apprehensive. But needn't worried no problems and never approached. To us it looks like the area is getting an uplift. If it is it will make the hotel even better
For the price, this was an EXCELLENT stay. The room was a lot more spacious than I had intended, the AC was nice and cold. Shower and restroom was clean and again, much more spacious than expected.
The staff was very kind and helpful when showing us how to check in online and how to check out through the same procedure.
Although we only stayed one night, I enjoyed myself at this hotel.
Room had a bad smell and there’s nothing to do around the property. It’s cheap and once you get there you’ll know why. The streets are filled with drunk people.
The place is a little bit noise during train hours since the rail tracks are on the side.

Actually never had to interact with any of the staff, but they seem nice. Room was great in terms of cleanliness and cost. Room was pretty big but felt like I had no room to put stuff on surfaces in the bathroom (typical in Japan). Unfortunately, windows had no sound blocking so very noisy cause the subway rail is right next to the hotel. Subway stops around 0 to 5 am though so that’s good I guess. Also a lot of homeless nearby, especially along the route to Shin Imamiya station, but they didn’t bother us. Otherwise good stay!
