Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant. Upon arrival, the payment terminal wouldn’t accept my credit card, so I had to use my debit card for the security deposit. The next day, when I returned to my room, I found that it hadn’t been cleaned: the bed was unmade and the linens and towels hadn’t been changed. Additionally, there was a water outage from approximately 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., accompanied by very loud noises from the pipes, making it impossible to rest. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the cost of CAD $450 for two nights

Don’t stay. Hotel will commit fraud.
My husband prepaid for the stay as my wallet was stolen on my business trip. Hotel refused to let me check in as I didn’t have a credit card!! I did have a debit card (thankfully) but still the hotel said that I couldn’t check in even through the situation had been explained to them at time of booking, everything was paid for and the hotel chains own policies state debit cards can be used. Hotel also refused to refund the money paid for the room.

Everything was what i would have expected from a Best Western hotel. Room was clean and the staff for the most part were great. I did not appreciate being told that there was only one room available when i needed to extend my stay. I went to my room and checked online and saw that there were plenty.

My wife and I were in town for two days to catch a musical show and we always like to arrive a day early, and we typically stay downtown, but this was a Taylor Swift concert night, so staying away from downtown was in order. Although the hotel is close to highway 401, the rooms were surprisingly quite (only a slight hum), parking was easy, free and ample. Staff members were very friendly, rooms were very nicely appointed, my wife enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast hit the spot including gluten free cereal and a choice of soy and almond milk - an unexpected nice touch. While there is "The Keg" restaurant in walking distance, you will need a car for everything else. Overall a very pleasant experience.
