Saturation smoke smell

Disappointing stay…
The staff is friendly and Brenda does a great job working the bar as a bartender/server. The hallway leading to room182 was filthy. Inside my room, there was a chair that was filthy. The paint on all 4 walls was chipped. The tv was not receiving all channels on the play list which was missing from the room. I was able to get a replacement from the front desk. The payouts at the casino are nonexistent and I didn’t bother to use the casino. Since Covid, this property is not what it once was.

After check-in we immediately noticed human feces on the floor while walking to our room. Then, we smelled significant smoke each night while trying to sleep in our non-smoking room with our 3 year old son. We also had an issue after about a day with our key cards not working. I've never had that issue at any other hotel.

Our stay was excellent. Just one night but enjoyed the restaurant, pool and casino. Hot tub has been out of order for years apparently. Overall, very good accomodations and reasonable price.

There was garbage on the floor of our room. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, but then so did the entire motel. From the entrance through the hallways into the rooms the air was thick. I was a little surprised you couldn't see the smoke. For any non-smoker or suffering from asthma, this was a dangerous place one.
