"This property has some ongoing construction where they were noisy early in the morning which is not what we wanted hearing banging on the upper level while trying to relax on vacation. The property photos also made it look like they had beach front access with a sandy beach when in fact that was next doors beach and they only had water access like a patio. The room was well maintained and clean however the doors had huge gaps in the framing and the king bed was 2 twins pushed together which gave you a hard seam down the middle and really thin mattresses which was so uncomfortable and we were in pain every night. The staff were really accommodating and provided us a microwave and mini fridge which were not originally in the room. "

"This is so far the best place I rented in Jamaica - it's close to Ocho Rios and kinda in the middle of the country so you could go anywhere you want. The house is just as described and as you see it in the pictures - very nice, convenient, equipped with everything you may need, even for cooking. Communicating with the host was easy and breezy. The gated community is safe and quiet. We definitely will book this house again for our next vacation in Jamaica if it's available."

"Very clean and spacious, quaint and relaxing. An absolute hidden gem. All three bedrooms were a large space and master bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was great to prepare meals and hang out. The property was very well kept and contact with the host was always easy and was always there for a call or text. Mr. Gary shared some of the best locations to visit and further enhanced our trip. The property estate compound was beautiful and felt very homely, the large clean center pool was amazing and had great outdoor space for activities, the playground was also a big plus, not to mention the private beach just outside the estate within a 4 minute drive which was located perfectly off the road and well maintained. Definitely would recommend and look forward to staying here again."
