"If you need space or have a lot of family or friends wanting to stay together- Dyer House is the place to stay. With five large bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a WELL-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a family room in the basement there's plenty of space for everyone. Dyer House is a charming older house where you can just imagine family gathering for holidays. The host was very responsive to any questions. They have provided just about everything you can think of (other than food and drinks). Wonderful coffee set up -you can make a cup for yourself or a pot for a crowd. The yard is huge, stores are close but the neighborhood is pretty quite at night. There is also a very comprehensive book explaining all about the house, local sites to see, resurants, shops, and emergency services numbers.. We were all very pleased with the home. 5 stars!"
