"The personnel was extremely kind and available to answer any doubt I had. The ladies at the reception were always smiling. The position was great, 10 minutes away from the central station by bus or tram (always on time and frequently). Moreover, the beautiful Sansoucci Park was around the corner."

"A run down hotel (which does not do justice to the Vienna House brand) with spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. They are everywhere inside the room, out on the balcony which made opening the balcony door always risky. Air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. The whole hotel had only one mini fridge which I finally got after a few days in the 30 degree weather the first week after after nagging, complaining and finally shouting. Asked for extra pillows but was told that pillows are according to the number of rooms, so two per room and no more available (they'd have to take one from another room). I am not sure how this hotel continues to function in such a state. I was deceived by the Vienna House brand which from experience in Berlin was excellent. But in Postdam, not at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. "
