Everyone was great. I was at first surprised to learn that I might miss out on a parking spot via text on the day I was to check in. I paid the extra $5/day for valet parking and did without the car over the weekend. In view of the fact that parking is supposedly provided at a daily rate, perhaps it would be good if the hotel made the cost of parking to remain the same, irrespective

Great place to stay in the center of Whistler. We were there in the summer for mountain biking (son) and there was a lot to see and do for the rest of the family too. Restaurants were great with a lot of choices nearby.

Above expectations! We got a huge room with two very comfortable beds and pillows! Newly renovated room with balcony and AC was excellent. Bathroom, towels, fridge and Nespresso were all great touches! The staff were super friendly and provided super easy check in and check out.

It was very good value for money, the room was clean, quiet comfortable. There is very little parking and we had to part about 10 mins away at the Conference Centre for $6.00 from 5pm to 10am. Otherwise it is $35 by valet. Also, I thought the hotel was non smoking but there was a ashtray full of cigarette buts left on our balcony. The wind blew it over and I had t clean.
