Shampoo and conditioner rack on the shower wall was dropped in the middle of night, very Loud. It was glued on the wall, the glue was not that good to hold the shampoo rack

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the experience unpleasant. I expected better communication and a more welcoming attitude. I hope this can be addressed to improve future interactions.

The hotel is in good shape and clean. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every footstep in the room above. You can also hear through the bathroom walls. Terrible!

We showed up tired and exhausted, our room was wonderfully clean. Beautiful! You had lots of options for a quick dinner. The front desk staff was wonderful and sweet.
