The front desk person was very receptive to a problem and corrected it. She checked me in and was most helpful in direction etc. she listened as I explained things and was on the quiet side, but surprisingly took care of everything. She made my stay much more pleasant.

As a budget lodging option it provides great value. Room was clean and mostly updated. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Pillows was terrible. Can’t sleep properly. Old mattress, No power plug for charging phones. Towels are looking very old and just 1 soap that you have to use for hand wash and bath. No body lotions. Overall poor hygiene. Good thing 10 minutes drive to lower antelope canyon

The price is fair and checking in was easy. Got to the room and found there were no outlets by the nightstand so i had know where to plug my cpap machine but luckily i had an expansion cord in my vehicle. The bathroom doesn’t have a steam fan in it so it was very musty . The room was well used and i had a place to sleep so i guess it was alright

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for our trip to Antelope Canyon and arrived at 9 pm check in. We asked for 2nd floor rooms and was told the whole 2nd floor is undergoing deep cleaning so only the 1st floors are available. When we entered our rooms, it was not just dirty but totally FILTHY and very unsanitary. The furnitures are old and stained, the worst part is the bathroom. None of us can take a shower, it is dirty, the toilet paper holder is broken, the towels that should have been white are brownish in color. We did not sleep at all because we felt itchy the whole night. We ended up calling Expedia and cancelled our 2nd night. If we checked in earlier we could have cancelled but it was late so we settled in that night. It was a horrible experience and we couldn’t wait to check out the next morning. The hotel should be CLOSED and need total upgrade if they want to stay in business. I would never book again in this hotel and Expedia should take this off their list.

Handed over key but while opening the room found room was not cleaned . Room was changed . 2nd night room was not opening by key . Complained to office again did the coding to make the key active . Wash room is below the standard.

An older facility in the small downtown area. Close to the few restaurants. The room floors were kind of dirty, towels were also dingy. We didn't need the pool but it was closed. All in all a 2-3 star place.

The room was updated and clean except I think they forgot to complete the bathroom. The wall were crack filled but not sanded and painted. (Minor detail). The price was reasonable. The area was well lit. The continental breakfast was a little skimpy. Need a waffle machine. Or something hot.
