I arrived to Palm Beach at noon. Called the hotel asking for an early checkin, Markus the manager answered and promised to call me when my room is ready, he called me with in 20 minutes. I was impressed. Markus was welcoming together with Wolf, Troy, and the entire staff. My suite was specious and spotless. I stayed for 3 weeks and can’t wait to go back.

It was amazing! The first night i got sick eith severe heart burn. I purchased sone TUMS and Kathy the desk clerk help me by giving me a glass of milk. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL!! TRULY SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. GOD BLESS HER!!

EVERYONE on staff was simply amazing and friendly except for one young female who was helping with breakfast. They were constantly out of everything from coffee to plates. I asked politely for more plates and she did not answer me. She did bring some out as I was standing there and slammed them down. She was one unhappy, and rude employee. I’m not sure if she was just having a rough day but she needs to be kept in back if she can not treat their clients any better than this. It is a hospitality business. Otherwise, everything was great. Bed was comfortable and super convenient.

Nice hotel

Our stay was good. The hotel and room were clean and in great condition. The breakfast was very good. I do think you could provide a better quality toilet paper. Also, the noise from toilet flushes from other rooms was remarkably loud in room 120. Didn't make for a good nights sleep. Otherwise, it was all good.

It is convieniently located and you can walk to a few restaurants. Publix and McDonalds are across the street. The grounds are very nicely kept. The hotel and our unit were very clean however, it needs an update, Breakfast was pretty yummy, coffee is very good! We will return and Thank you
