"We have stayed at great properties in both North America and Europe and would say it ranks in the Top 5 overall. Beautiful hotel, views and ambiance. The service was inconsistent in certain areas. The valet was extremely busy and seemed annoyed when I asked to call us a cab. At another time, we were pointed in pouring rain towards a shuttle parked a bit away and not offered an umbrella. Pool service was slow and we had to flag staff down for service. This is not what we are used to at 5 star properties. If they could make some adjustments in this respect, it truly would be an exceptional place to stay. "

"My wife, daughter, and aunt shared a 1 bedroom suite. First and foremost, the staff and service at this hotel is amazing. So friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The pool is lovely! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It was an amazing experience!"

"This hotel was booked due to a cancelled flight. Check in was quick, informative about transport to the airport, clean, and some updates in the room was nice. The bathroom was clean but not updated to match the rest of the room? Pool looked incredible but did not get the chance to swim"
