Wonderful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The waiter Edrin who cleared the tables was especially kind and helpful but we couldn’t fault any of the hotel staff. The daily room cleaning was superb too. Excellent choices at breakfast. Can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like except perhaps the immodesty of some guests at breakfast - scantily clad and in their beachwear but then that seems to happen everywhere these days.

It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I didn’t enjoy it at all .. sea water was disgusting full of algae and trash floating … reception staff had an attitud. No coffee machine in the room as in the description . Unclean .it was unenjoyable and I feel we were duped. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in the area like Sofitel, Fairmont and this hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. I definitely would love to speak to this hotel managements team.

They say the best things come in small packages and C Central is a prime example of this set in the most beautiful of settings on the Palm with the most attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a holiday.
