The hotel room was not clean, very outdated, restaurant closed. No cups with coffee pot but pot was very dirty. Would not recommend.

I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where I occupied a room and another guest used their key to open my door. It happened to me during my stay. My room wasn’t ready at the hotel’s time for check-in. They switched me to another lesser quality room which I accepted due to an appointment that was scheduled. When I called the desk, they said it was “a computer clutch”. When I was leaving for my appointment I confronted the desk in person to confirm that no access to my room could happen during my appointment. Upon my return, I went to my room and my key wouldn’t work. One would think that that the desk could have anticipated this during my face-to-face discussion earlier. Just horrible service….

Nice hotel, super friendly!

The hotel was Modern and very streamlined. A little sterile from my taste but the delightful staff and the very clean accommodations made it worthwhile value. We arrived a little late and left too early to enjoy the mineral pool and spa. Might give it a chance on our next visit. The staff gave us a great recommendation for a Mexican restaurant. It lives up to its name delicioso!

Superbowl weekend trip

The staff was super friendly & helpful. Impressed with the colour schemes & choice of room furnishings & decorations, respecting the Palm Springs past heritage.

I paid more a room with view than standard room. The view is nice. And the room is very clean with good lighting, but we can hear a lot of traffic at night, so if you have bad sleeping quality, maybe the room of the other side is better. But the overall price is unbeatable. One thing I want to mention. A strange guy took my bath towel when I was enjoying spa. Even if I got my towel back when I questioned him, it's still not a good experience. Later we found out he is not the hotel's guest. The staff was very nice and said they would call security. Their service is good but they need to raise their security.
