Too many screaming kids
I have always loved this place to get away and relax, however, this time there were way too many kids who were running around and yelling with no parental supervision at all. It was not at all relaxing. It’s very unfortunate, I don’t know if I am coming back. There needs to be a curfew For these kids and it needs to be enforced.

$16 bucks for a hamburger???
They just came out with a new menu and all the prices have taken a pretty big jump. Before it was a nice place to eat and enjoy the outside but I took one look at the new prices and walked out. 16 bucks for a hamburger is nuts. Overall enjoyed the visit. They do have hanging extension cords draped over the some of the balconies and from the trees which looks pretty bad. Been that way for years. Prices for this place are all over the map depending on the day. I would say, if its 100 or less per night, you should enjoy your visit.

It's showing it's age
No sheers on the curtains, so full light out full dark. Ice machine broken, no ice on site. TV did not work. Mattress was probably 50 y/o and awful as we're the pillows. Perks were the room was HUGE. biggest hotel room I've seen in a long time but since it was just me it didn't make a difference. I was there for 12 hrs, next time I'll pick a different place.

Great guy checked us in. Very professional and friendly. Room is freezing cold. Cannot control temperature from the room. They trued to fix and I was given a heater and blanket, but room remains far too cold for comfort.

Front Desk was the Best Part
The best part was the check in, after that everything went downhill. The hotel is incredibly dirty on the outside. The rooms are unkept. While I was showering someone from maintenance claim I put in a service call. There is not even a way to communicate with the front desk. The ice machine was broken, television wouldn’t turn on and the rooms are not ADA accessible.

Hot Springs on a budget
Stayed on the bottom floor for the first time, I would not recommend it. You can hear everything going on upstairs, and it is very noisy. And that this place is always a good time, great, hot tubs, and pools in a sauna. Also pretty close to Joshua tree. Diner has really good food and the cocktail lounge has really good drinks and karaoke, which is an added bonus.

This place was amazing we loved that the pools are 24hours. The restaurant was delicious we ate there the whole time on our tip we will be coming back soon already planning our next tip. The water was amazing and the temperature are great! Pools were cleaned every day the life guards even cleaned the pool for us with a net! Super friendly staff. Only problem was the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable.

I really think the vintage/ old school look is great! The pools were always very nice & comfortable. I just wish they would upkeep the rooms. There was a dry blood stain in bathroom cabinet. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Another nice visit! The pools were very clean and enjoyable. The new vending machine room needs to be brought up to code. Loose extension cords laying around and the food in the vending machine looked old and was melting down the front. Didnt look safe or up to code. Nice idea but if you are going to do something, it needs to be done right.
