This is our second time visiting. The great thing is that the construction is done and the breakfast area is back in its original location and not in the ball room anymore. We had suite and unfortunately one of the double showers did not work, the one hard to operate and the toilet did not flush. That is pretty frustrating. We called them and they took caare of it. But since we only stayed one night we really did not benefit from it, hopefully the next guests will. No discount, no points nothing offered for this inconvenience. Breakfast was ok , coffee way to week. Given that this was a one night -thousand dollar with all fees and parking I gave this a bit so great rating. Slides and pool are great though.

Property expansive; one gets lost inside hotel due to the corridors going in all directions. Staff were friendly and polite, a lost art in Palm Springs. One thing that spoiled the two nights we stayed: the bathroom had the smell of human sewage coming from pipes or under the toilet. Reported it. No offer to exchange rooms. Fortunately, the smell stayed in the bathroom. They did wave the parking and resort fees. But the caliber of Hyatt should have been more responsive. Too many other grand hotels to choose from.
