It was a lovely property, but we got stranded at the main hotel our last night there after having dinner. We were told a shuttle would come for us in a few minutes but it never arrived. We waited for an hour, then had to walk in the dark to a pick up spot where Security got us. The property needs to invest in more shuttles and drivers with more frequent pick up times.

Overall the property is good and while I would visit against the main tarnishing feature is careless housecleaning staff who threw out personal possessions (medical appliance). The property communicated this should be no problem and we just proceed with filing a claim, however they claim they did not throw anything so no claim can proceed. Would not dissuade people from going but be careful how you leave your personal items.
