Our room was right next to a very pleasant pool facility. Mattress too soft but that’s a matter of preference. Detail cleaning could use more attention (light dust on several surfaces). Friendly staff throughout. We’ll be back!

Customer Service could use an update.
Customer service was lacking. One of our rooms was not ready until after 6pm, all we received in exchange for our inconvenience was an "I'm sorry." Only one of our 6 rooms was actually available at check in, which is 4pm, despite having a 10 a.m. check out time. They clerk at check in messed up our reservations so badly we ended up having over 12 extra keys, had to be re-done so many times. It took us over an hour and a half just at the front desk.
