Many places to eat within walking distance. I did not like the fact that you have to pay for ice, the extremely high prices for the vending machines, the hotel was extremely hot in all of the common areas, elevators, and even the rooms. The thermostat did not work well in the room. The hotel has three elevators, but they were constantly broken. There was heavy cigarette and marijuana usage from the neighboring rooms. Parking was a headache as well. We had to park down the street for the free parking. I would suggest booking elsewhere for better service.

Overall, the room was nice. The beds were clean. Linens were clean. Convenient to the beach. The price of the room was good, but then there was a resort fee added on which was unexpected. The room had a nice little kitchenette, but no utensils cookware or other items that we could’ve used. Generally though not bad, I’d stay there again if the price is low. At the end of our trip, I realized my car had been hit twice in the parking lot by other guests, who did not report it and after a week I’m still waiting for a response from hotel management with video footage so that I can pursue this matter.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a weekend getaway with my family, including my newborn baby. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The room was nothing like the photos online—the bathroom constantly smelled like fecal matter, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom, and the bedsheets had visible dirt on them. It was clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. The worst part: I woke up in the middle of the night with what appeared to be a painful, swollen bug bite on my foot (photo available). It developed into multiple small bumps and caused me discomfort for the rest of the trip. This made me extremely anxious about the hygiene and safety of the room, especially with my newborn sleeping there. Thankfully, I kept my baby wrapped in her own clean blanket close to me, and she remained safe—but I should not have had to worry about that in a hotel room I paid $700 for just 2 nights. This hotel was unhygienic, misleadingly advertised, and unsafe for families—I do not recommend it. I have contacted customer service requesting a full refund and will be disputing the charge if necessary.

First day at the Radisson, never stay again

The pool is really small and there was only 20 people allowed in a pool at a time and they would pay people that would go down there and literally stay all day where you couldn’t even get in the pool. Then where you park your car there was no lights no cameras I felt like I was gonna be murdered. Every time I went to my car at night. They let people stay there for one night at a time and it made it very ghetto the ramp to the ocean is slippery. If you ain’t careful you’ll fall the hot tub wasn’t even working. It took forever to take an elevator to go anywhere and the stairwell was locked so you had to wait on the elevator then on top of everything else as soon as I get there, they’re gonna tell me they’re putting a $200 hold on my card that was not told to me in an email from anybody. The tub had patchwork in it, and one of the glass doors was off the hinges in the shower. And the rain was very small. There was two barstools in an EB table no loveseat, couch or anything the jet tub took up the whole room so you had no space whatsoever

no ac in the front of unit 2 days before repaired the tech worked well to install it before he got off of work he advised his boss told him just to wait till next day to do it thank God he did for us because he was a nice guy who understand temp 100 degrees and no ac not good hotel did not offer to change rooms or help out anyways. the indian at check in was very rude as well just service tech did a good job but i will not stay there again
