Roaches were in our bedroom and tv remote to both tv didn’t work bathroom looked run down and elevator got stuck on us 3 times and was super slow and no air conditioning that you’d break out in a sweat before you got off it. & no parking spot that we had park somewhere else and walk awhole 8 minutes to get to the hotel..

Don’t Go EVER!!
Says check in at 4pm. More like 530pm when we could get our room secured. Smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever encounter. Will never go back. I will spend $500/night if I have to to never experience this place again

Stayed here a few years ago and should have checked the new reviews. We we’re surprised at how run down our room was. AC was cold and bed ok for the 1 night we visited. Pool area and beach view/access are the only redeeming qualities.

Property was a bit dated and only had one of the two elevators working for 7 floors. Parking if the lot was full was across the street but with the added construction on the road made it more of a hassle getting in and out which is no fault of the hotel just a comment on current parking. Most of the staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The view was great and room was spacious enough for myself and 2 kids. Would stay again.

The hotel looks renovated from the outside and its lobby is very renovated and nice, they should do the same with the rooms since they look quite old and neglected, the mattress on the sofa bed was full of stains, old and dirty, they should change them since I do not think it is healthy, like the pillows, the utensils and cabinets also look old and broken. This is the third visit I have made to this hotel and the truth is I like it a lot for its amenities and location. The last time I stayed was three years ago and now that we returned we were surprised to see how neglected the rooms are and also, they no longer offer the healthy breakfasts they used to have, which included yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. etc., now they only offer granola bars and water. I hope they really clean the rooms and change the old and dirty mattresses and pillows.

I will say the room was clean, but the A/C's in the rooms didn't work well. No fans, so bring one because the rooms get hot. Also, there is a door that goes to the other room and was unlocked and would not lock. The room also smelled heavily of weed. Pretty sure someone hid some in the room. The bed's were comfortable but the pull out couch had no linens. It took FOREVER to check in but the process was easy. The pool is also nice, it caters to small children as most of the pool is only 4 ft deep. Only one elevator works for all seven floors and the hotel is at capacity. The only working elevator takes you to random floors before finally going where you need to. You can park across the street but have to cross heavy traffic with no crosswalk. The only staff we encountered was rude and could care less what you had to say. People were calling the front desk and he wouldn't pick up. The best thing about this place is the view. You get direct view of the beach which was beautiful. But that's it. Your money goes to the view, I would probably not stay here again.
