The room size was great, bed was comfortable. There were not many utensils in the kitchen and there were a few blemishes throughout the room. The pool needs to be drained, cleaned, painted and tiles replaced.

The hotel had nice views and good accessibility with several restaurants within easy walking distance. The hot tub and pool were just fine too. Our room was just fine for the money and we would stay here again.

Great location with a beautiful view. The separate bedroom space was awesome with kids. We paid for a room with a kitchen that was minimally stocked with only two pots. Missing all cooking utensils, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, and the dishes that were in the room still had food and coffee stains. We did not have any wash clothes or hand towels either. Overall a great stay, but we had to eat out more than intended due to plans for cooking in a full kitchen without the abilities to do so due to it not being stocked with cookware and cooking utensils.

During check in the front desk staff charged us a $100 plus more for our reservation. Once we reached our room we realized that they checked us into the wrong room. We returned back to the front desk to inform the front desk staff that they put us in the wrong room. They tried to convince us that we were in the right room but as we continued to explain to them that they had place us in the wrong room. Noone from the front desk ever went with us to verify that they place us into the wrong room. They finally informed us that the room us reserved 9 months earlier wasn't available. No one called or emailed us to inform us that the room that we reserved 9 months earlier wasn't available. They wouldn't refund us our money so that we could go fo another hotel. We had to stay the night in the room that we didn't reserve so that we could talk with the manager of the property the next morning. Once we talked with the manager the next morning we were placed into the RIGHT room that we had reserved "THE PENTHOUSE".We didn't have to go through what we went through on day one if COMMUNICATION was KEY with the front desk staff. Being dishonest and deceitful doesn't solve the problem or tge issue. When reserving a room at this location know what you reserved and the price your supposed to pay. Other than this situation that happened on day one. We had a blast once we checked in to the "PENTHOUSE " on day two.

Average hotel. All rooms seem to be suites that have beds in one room and seating in the other. AC in bedroom is right next to bed so it gets chilly on that bed. Chaises at beach are $40 a day

Our room was not clean upon arrival. Only the beds were made. It was sand everywhere. I reported it to the front desk and they had to have someone come clean it. We were not able to turn on the bedroom A/C because it was filled with dust. The bathroom faucet was about to fall apart and the doors were hard to open/close. The photos of the hotel are very deceiving. It’s a very old hotel that needs to be renovated. The staff was very kind though.

Basic hotel
Hotel is bare bones - nothing fancy at all. Parking is not great, but we always found a spot. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!
