They were building on to the hotel but we had no construction noise while there. It was clean, staff friendly, and coffee/tea/lemon water and muffins available every morning.

Had a wonderful three night stay, extremely clean, great kitchenettes with everything you need and a comfortable bed. One of managers Ed, is absolutely wonderful Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he gave my group great tips on where to go and he is definitely a true welcoming Newfoundlander. Location is great with short drive into St. John's and other points of interest. If I'm lucky enough to return, I'd stay here again for sure. Ingrid Blair

Its a great spot if dont want to be in the heart of St.Johns but just a 10 min drive and your there. With crime rate in the city increasing, this was our main concern.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Neighbors on one side of us were very noisy. Fortunately, the air conditioning unit drowned out most of the noise
