Two washing machines that were out of order for the entire hotel. They were not fixed during our 9 day stay. Towels were very limited. The keycard had to be rekeyed multiple times.

Unpleasant stay
The elevator was broken. Carpet and wall paint pealing and ripped. Only 2 outlets which you had to choose if you wanted power for the tv or power for lights. Rooms had a no smoking policy yet every hallway you smelled nothing but smoke; weed cigarettes, cigars and God knows what else. Doors to the side entrances that needed key card for entry were broken which allowed anyone to walk through at any hour of the day and night. The only good part of my stay was the comfortable bed (which explains why most of the photos were of the bed)

The property has some type of water damage. The whole place is wet and damp. I’m sure there’s molding in there. Worst part is that they try to cover it up.

Wow, where to begin? The daytime front desk seemed awkward at checking in. Not friendly and they skip customers, ignoring the customer who came in first. The nighttime front desk staff is much more friendlier though. Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean. We had to change it twice and decide to just put up with the stains on bed sheets and stains on the floor and chairs. They were nasty but hoping they were still laundered and vacuumed and just couldn't get stain out (couldn't replace I guess?). The breakfast... what breakfast? It's a mere slices of breads and some cereal options. No fruits, no egg, no waffle, nothing hearty. The worse part is the smell. Not safe to walk around at night. This is NOT a family-friendly hotel. I will not book again.

Just a terrible place. The motel is not in good shape. The staff was rude from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Could not get a 3rd towel and then couldn't get replacement towels the next night. AVOID.
