Everything good for the price however no balcony as advertised so that was a disappointment as it was one reason for booking there. Otherwise quite happy.

There was a planned blackout during my stay. It is from 9 am to 5 pm But the reseption staff said to me the night before. why they did not inform me when I check in 2days ago? There is no water supply during the power outage. But the staff said only power(electronic) stop. Why does the staff say unclear information? I had to leave the room during a hot day time. (because I can not use toilet too) So,I try go to swimming pool while that time. But,the pool is dirty. There were many dead leaves and garbage. I understand that the power outage is in progress. but the reseption staff does not work and is sitting on a guest sofa and using a mobile phone long long time. I know it,the reseption staff is not clean work at usually. But,If they do not work at reseption,they have to help cleaen the hotel too. I will not stay again that hotel.

Acceptable after first day
Hotel looks new but first day there was no double bed room. And hot water was not hot. Aircon works noisly even lover speed. They said talk reception at daytime. Next day my room changed and everything was working. Pool is small but clean. Location is good, close to pattaya .
