"This hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Manchester, close to Piccadilly gardens and canal street. Our room Was on the top floor so it was really quiet, we had a standard double. The bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower. Tv and internet worked well too. Staff were really friendly "

"The customer service was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was really beautiful and comfortable the only small issue we had was temperature control (the thermostat was a bit fiddly) and the water coming through the pipes from other rooms could be noisy at times but aside from that which wasn’t a major thing was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. The lifts however were not the best. One was out of order and the other was small so there were queues building up and they took a long time to arrive. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the suites are very luxurious. Comfy bed A+ "

"Great stay, compact but comfy and quiet room with everything we needed. Good bar and restaurant, with good food both in the evening and at breakfast. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Kemi in the restaurant. Would definitely stay again. "
