I have been reported to the front desk about my tv is not working for the first day , and no one come to service. So I come came back to the front office again to complain about the tv is not working and they promised to send someone to fix it again. We been waiting until the second morning no one showing up. End up I been in your hotel for 2 nights without the tv. I throw your company is the high quality. I request with the lady in the front office to do something about that she promised me to contact me to discuss about that and end up no one contacted me. I just can believe your company services for customer that way. Rick

When we checked in, our first room had a non working bathroom. (Toilet issue) Then as we walked further into the room, we noticed our socks getting wet and the carpet was soaked…. I don't want to know why it was soaked.... Gross! We must have been in this room a total of 2 minutes with all these issues… Went to the front desk and they switched our rooms and I said I would like to speak to a manager. No problem they will be in at 1pm. Then 1:15, then tomorrow. So the next day I come down looking for a manager, then will be in tomorrow... Nothing done for us thus far.....
