"The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in black mold. The sheets and coverlet were clean but had multiple cigarette burns. It would have been nice to have a comforter or blanket in the room since it was January, cold, and there were pronounced gaps between the door and doorframe. I turned up the heat a little more to combat the cold. Unlike other reviewers, my room had no insects, no bedbugs. Some pillows were lumpy and stained. No one was available at the checkout desk for my early morning checkout at 5am. Furniture was damaged. Inside of drawers were dirty. "
