"I booked this condo last year as a Christmas gift to my husband for Christmas By The Sea weekend. He ended up getting pneumonia, flour days prior to the trip and wasn’t up to spending time outside in the cold, so I went solo. The condo was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The location was walking distance to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. I met up with friends who were also up for the weekend. I felt extremely safe in the condo. It was a great place to relax and get some rest after full days of festivities! Gloria, the host was absolutely incredible! She corresponded with me well in advance of my upcoming trip and was very efficient and kind. I appreciated her promptness, generosity, and flexibility! She was truly wonderful! "

"The cottage is adorable! Very comfortable, well equipped and the location was perfect! The only downside is that a lot of the shops & restaurants were either closed or in the process of closing for the season. I am already planning a return trip but will come earlier in the month."
