"This is our second year renting this house and it continues to be our favorite! Plenty of space for 15 pple (this includes children) to spread out. We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen!! Everything you would think you’d need can be found in one of the cabinets. "

"We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point to get out and enjoy the area. Portsmouth is 15, Ogunquit 10, and Durham 25 minutes!"

"Both location and staff at Lighthouse made this little getaway special for my husband and I. Located right in between short sands and long sands and walkable to both, the room was large, clean, and had an ocean view. Excellent communication with the staff who had our room ready early for us. :) We definitely recommend!"

"We had the most fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room for 11 adults. The beds were super comfy and the linens were soft and smelled fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make delicious family meals. Having three refrigerators was completely awesome and full-size washer. Dryer was a great amenity. The parking situation was more than adequate and the location couldn’t be beat. Plenty of room to gather, walking distance to the shops and the view of the ocean was simply bliss!
