Could have been excellent.
The hotel was very clean. Sheets had holes in them. On our last night we went to the arcade. The bowling alleys were closed early. The young man who was working the arcade was very rude when he told us they were closing and we needed to leave. I said ok can we trade in the tickets for their prizes , he then asked if we could do it the next day. I explained that was our last night. He was very rude but did allow us to cash the tickets in.

Quick family getaway
Overall great value for the money- we felt the room was nice, great option to have double bunk beds. A few things we wish- a microwave in the room and more pool tubes/mats at the water park. There was a lot of waiting around for those. Cute hotel though and the bowling was a lot of fun.

Very nice resort. Comfy beds and rooms. Coffee shop on site has great variety and very reasonable prices. New indoor water park was very nice. On site breakfast was very good, sausage was just a little chewy. My only complaints were every time someone flushed the toilet or used the tub/shower it sounded like a loud rush and woke me up during the night and made it difficult to sleep some. We were on the first floor so I think that’s why the sound from the water pipes was so loud. Also could use more trash cans in community areas such as by outside doors and by elevators. I don’t like keeping trash in the room and had to go a ways to find a trash can down the hallways in property.

I love the fact that they had an inside waterpark, candy store, and coffee shop. The facility overall is good but for the price, I thought rooms could be better and they didn't have an microwave in it.

We will be back again soon!
It was amazing! The staff is wonderful and the amenities they offer are perfect for every need we had, pizza and snow cones for the kiddos and muffins and too many sweets to choose from in the candy shop. This was our first time back in a couple of years but it will be our top spot from now on as the indoor water slides and pool were exactly what we were looking for!

The indoor pool was great. Hot tub was big. Coffee shop coffee was very good and reasonably priced. The sundries shop had several items we forgot which was also great. Room was comfortable. Expect some noise because there are lots of little kids running up and down the halls and in the rooms but it was manageable. There are a lot of events if you have little kids. The atmosphere was very pleasant there and it was walking distance to a ton of stuff. We had a blast playing basketball in the pool with our kids. Would love it if they would add a volleyball net.

The facility its self was great kids loved the water park but the people above us partied all night long it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in! We complained to guest services (I hate to complain I get people are on vacation but have kids that need to sleep). They said they would look into it but nothing changed so we payed around 250$ for a room to sleep in and got little to no sleep at all!
