We were lucky to stay while they had a special going on. The hotel, room and people were nice. The only issue we had was the restaurant, Hearth and Song. The restaurant was cold so by the time we made it back to our table the food was cold. They had listed prime rib with horseradish sauce and au ju but when asked where it was they said they didn’t have any. Food and desserts were ok. Use of the trolley to go back and forth to the park was really nice.

Everything was exactly as described online. The room was great and the atmosphere was beautiful! My only complaint is that the water did not get hot enough for showers.

This is a beautiful hotel decorated for Christmas. Love the spa services. I got something to eat from the small bakery inside. They have a restaurant as well. Also can shop at store in hotel. Easy access to theme park. Trolley drops off and picks up close to entrance.

Nice hotel...very well maintained. Very personable staff throughout. Nicely decorated for the season. For anyone who needs to know, should you require a piece of gum (like to settle a queezy tummy) you will have to bring it on site...you can't purchase any gum on property. My wife enjoyed the Spa and was extremely impressed with the staffs training and wonderful personalities . The elevators are slow...one was completely out of service.

Wrong type room. Place sold out.
Family of 4. Booked a room with 2 beds. Paid $400 a night for 2 nights. Over $800 and the room only had one bed. Nothing they could do. Dont think we will be going back. Had to take stairs because only 2 elavators were working. Packed out.
