I didn’t like that the door,I had to actually push to lock the dead bolt or the door would remain open and you could just push and get in. The shower had brown stuff all in the knob of the tub and on the shower head and it wouldn’t turn on. I tried all different ways and nothing. It was a non smoking room and smelt like someone had smoked in it before.

Staff was very nice and it was in a great location. The room was a bit outdated and the bathroom wall was patched several times. There were also spiderwebs and big spiders in the windows. We enjoyed our stay and liked our room overall.

Nice independent hotel on main street Pigeon Forge
This independent hotel is located right on main street, where also most of the amusements, museums and restaurants are located. For the price of a night the standard is really good and the staff I met is friendly and welcoming. Funny about the room was, that it had two access doors, to the front and the backside of the building. At least I never hat this anywhere before…

The stay was comfortable. Bed was excellent. Stayed a week they don’t have daily house keeping for stay overs . Could use a deep cleaning but it wasn’t awful . Pool was nice , staff friendly and nice . Would stay again . Convenient location.

For the price it served it's purpose and it was close to a gocart track, gas station, stores, and restaurants. The motel is older. The room was in need of some basic repairs (nothing major).The chair was tore up pretty bad but the beds were extremely comfortable. There are no smoking signs but when we first went in the room it had a cigarette smell not a big deal for us but I know that can be an issue for some. There is no daily housekeeping service which I actually liked, it was nice not worrying about being awake when they showed up. If you're expecting a luxury hotel keep looking if you want a clean comfortable bed at a good price this is the place for you.

No a good hotel.
Do not stay at this hotel. When we pulled in the parking lot u could tell it was a very run down old hotel with a little paint put on it. After we got the key to the room we went in and the first thing I seen was the chair in the room was ripped and torn on the arms and it was very dirty. Then we laid on the bed and it was awful not comfortable in any way. Then I went to the bathroom and there was a roach crawling across the floor. We just got our stuff and left the room and got another room at another hotel. I lost my money on this room but at least I didn’t pack roaches home. This hotel was rated 7.6 on hotels.com but it might be a 2 at most.

The lady who checked us in did a lot of extra work to put us in adjoining rooms on the ground floor as our reservation had required from the beginning, and we really appreciated her for it. Unfortunately, I am still trying to recover from all the bedbug bites. I would have preferred to discuss this with the staff at checkout, but there was no one there.

We stayed in a king suite, the bathroom door had stains running down the down and the wall and some paste stuff stuck to it. Bath tub didnt drain right. Inch of dust on every ledge you could see. Bathroom fan didnt work. No housekeeping. Had to by a hair dryer because there wasnt one provided.

Okay, so for the price the motel met expectations. I was happy that the beds and linens were clean. The floor was nasty but we've got shoes. The shower didnt drain but when i pulled out a massive clump of hair it worked fine. Lets face it, i didn't pay for a 5 Star resort. I got a cleanish place to stay at a really cheap price. My biggest issue was the go kart track next door was loud but I was so tired it didn't matter much.
