We stayed in 3 hotels on our trip and this was the worse one. I cant remember the room number but there are only two rooms above the restaurant that do not have proper windows and we were in one of them. we stayed for 4 bad nights. We could hear everything from outside all day all night at one point i had to get up at midnight to ask reception to move the Italian workers from outside the restaurant who were talking for hours very loudly right underneath our room. Our room was very dark and little lighting in the bathroom. The shower was great. A lot of homeless people and very drunk people when coming out of victoria station so did not always feel safe at night. Will never stay here again.

Lots of construction going on around the hotel, and actuallly some at the hotel. However, it is convenient to the Victoria train and bus stations. They also have a good breakfast with a lot to choose from. It's not fancy, but it's nice.

We stayed here for 9 days… almost every morning we were woken up by construction that was right outside our window. On “cleaning” days, the bed was made and fresh towels left - however, they left all the trash that we sat next to the trash cans in the room. The bathroom basically flooded every time either of us showered due to the poor layout choice of the shower. The room was not set up adequately to move around the room. There was about a 4 inch space between the bed and tv table that you had to squeeze through in order to get through the majority of the room. This property was a complete disappointment and I will not be staying at a Park Plaza again.

Close to tube station. Buckingham Palace and Elizabeth Tower “Big Ben” were within walking distance 15-25 minutes. Area had some good places close to eat and drink. The staff were great and the rooms were lovely.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was good. However our room was dirty and the towels were stained. We went down for a late evening tea and dessert, waited over half an hour for a slice of pie and pudding, when we got the pudding it was burnt. Too long in the microwave.
