The room was super nice and clean. Very well equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools and essentials. We are a family of four and were very comfortable staying here. The location was also perfect for walking around old Montreal and downtown.

Great room. Lots of people staying there - always running into people at entry and elevator. So, I was surprised when our room was quiet. We never heard footsteps above, tv, talking, banging, anything! Would 100% stay here again

LOVED this place!

Well, it was difficult for the Uber driver to find at midnight the night we arrived. Be SURE to let your transport know you are in the Old Town near the Basilica or you will end up in a scary locale! Same address, other end of a long road!! LOVED the location, loved the space! Could have stayed weeks, happily. Well stocked, very clean. Do not be put off by no front desk, you will not need it. The Extra Essentials cabinet worked well for additional supplies if needed. Everyone we met in the hotel seemed very pleased, as were we.

I would say this was a great amount of space and features such as a washer, dryer and kitchenette at a great price in a great location. It certainly isn’t posh, or decorated or anything, but everything was in good condition and clean. Perfect for our needs.

Great location. Near metro and walking to many sites in Old Montreal. Clean well equipped comfortable furniture Came with earplugs for two and we had on and off distant music on and off everyday. Think a health club plays music next door Not the restaurant downstairs and

Sonder Penny Lane was great in every way. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you can possibly need. It was walking distance to IGA grocery store, great restaurants and Old Montreal. They changed our room before we arrived to avoid a problem with the hvac in our original room. I’d definitely recommend.

I loved the space and the kitchen. The water pressure was insane! Bed and pillows comfy. View was of the building across the street. Some units had balconies that only had a view of other units. I would stay here again and in any other of their apartments. I liked how if you signed in to their smart tv, it automatically signs you out. Everything is walkable or is accessible via metro.

Great location and price, the setup with the kitchen was excellent. Clean and comfortable. One thing: after setting aside all my recycling, the bins weren't available when I checked out Friday morning (I think they were in the street for pickup).

There was an issue at check in when I could not get into the flat with the access code provided. I was eventually able to reach staff via the chat and resolved the issue after being provided with a new code. Other than that hiccup, the stay was fine, the flat was clean and the noise from the streets were negligible. The one observation with the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is that there is only one air con installed inside the half-walled bedroom whereas the other room has none; so it is quite hot in the other room if the windows are not opened. I would recommend this place for those who would like to stay in old montreal.

Loved my stay at Sonder Penny Lane! The space was spotless, had a great vibe, and the location was unbeatable - steps from the Metro, Port of Montreal, and great shops. Super convenient and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

The location is great, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioning didn’t function very well and the shower floor was treacherous — like a skating rink. That said, I would stay here again.
