Spacious 2 Bedroom Pet Friendly Condo in Pinehurst

This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is ideally located just off the traffic circle, offering easy access to Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen. Whether you're here for golf, shopping, or dining, you'll appreciate the convenience of being centrally situated to all the best local attractions.

The condo features luxury vinyl flooring on the main level, where the Master Bedroom is located. This also makes the home pet-friendly (with a fee), so feel free to bring your furry friend along! Please notify us in advance if you plan on bringing a pet. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will apply (not included in the quoted price) and will be added after booking.

The Master Bath has been completely renovated to provide a modern, spa-like experience, and new furnishings can be found throughout the home, ensuring comfort and style. The second bedroom, located on the upper level, also has its own en suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

The condo is equipped with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can enjoy your morning brew just the way you like it.

Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master Bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom, offering plenty of room for a relaxing stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and extremely clean!
The condo was situated in the back of a quite neighborhood. Easy check in and convenient check out policies. Sandhills Rentals was easy to communicate with and return my emails in a timely manner. The second bedroom and bath was located on the second floor which provided some privacy. The kitchen was adequately furnished. We even cooked in several nights. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Took my parents for a weekend away. Todd made golf reservations for me and the guys had a great time @ 7 lakes. The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The whole process was very easy which was good since my parents who are in their 80’s got there first. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area.
