We have stayed here a few times and this is our go-to when we stay in Pocatello. The quick gas at a nearby Maverik and hop on the freeway homeward is one of the reasons we like staying there.

The floor had a trail of something spilled on it that housekeeping didn’t clean up when we arrived. The bed wasn’t great either, but other than that it was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

I liked that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. I didn’t like the perimeter lights mounted in the grass on the exterior of the building. The lights shine up the building but are almost pointed at the sidewalk. Every time I’d walk to my car they would blind me as I walk down the sidewalk.

FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, TAKE NOTE!
Cleanliness was great. Service excellent. Bathroom not so disability friendly. No nonslip cover on the shower bench. Shower wand was too far away once seated on the bench. Very difficult to shower with a disability even with the grab bars. Shampoo was located in a difficult spot once seated on the bench seat. Need to think about trying to accommodate disabled people better than that. Not impressed.

The room was unusually large and very comfortable. I was most impressed with the bathroom with its incredible tub/shower facilities. Handrails on the walls, even a seat for those who require more assistance in showering. The food was good and the facilities large and clean. A nice hotel.
