Book directly with the hotel instead of using Expedia, of which my estimation has been dropping like a box of bricks since they gobbled up hotels.com. No customer service, misleading room listings, your stay points really accumulate slowly— it’s the American way. And they put their staff in impossible situations when clients are dissatisfied. When do I get to review our corporate overlords instead of the people trying to work for them? I have so much more to say, but let me just stop and say ‘really great hotel with hard working staff ‘"
