A private walkway and just a few steps separate you from the beach, so you can easily spend your time on the well-furnished deck or walk to and from the beach in seconds. This home faces South and has the benefit of being able to see remarkable sunrises and sunsets, as well as magnificent star-filled night skies.

To cool off you will find a recently installed heated saltwater pool on the ground level, which features a sun shelf for a refreshing place to work on your tan and is also a perfect shallow area for kids to enjoy.
