It looks as if the property was being renovated or has recently been refurbished. It was a comfortable bed and nice stay, but lacked amenities like snacks on the property or a place nearby to get water/supplies. Overall comfortable sleeping and a good nights rest while site seeing each day.

Evening desk attendant was a helpful man, every corner and edge was dirty. No decoration, 5:30 pm and housekeeping carts and dirty laundry piled in halls. Handicap door buttons didn’t work on 2 doors. Room floor dirty. Exposed plaster no paint. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Lots of Trash on lawn

The hotel was not as clean as it should have been. We arrived at 5 in the afternoon and there was a sticky spill in one of the elevators. The following day at 10 am it was still there. It was not the cleanest not dirtiest hotel. But for a Ramada, the expectation is that it would be much cleaner than it was.

The room was pretty dirty the pool wasn’t in service you could hear everything happening outside someone was being arrested in the lobby with his pants down when we arrived the front desk lady was rude and didn’t want to be bothered to check us in. Definitely not a good expertise

Over charge disaster
It wasnt very dirty and the fact that they charge us $200 on my girlfriend credit credits card for pet charge when we only stayed one night. Too top it off no water for the whole day we did stay and did not get told when we called to make sure our reservation was in. Not even told at check in, which was a nightmare the girl was very unorganized, we found out by a sign posted. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We requested someone contact us when we left over the horrible experience and have called since requesting the same and still never heard anything. Got way way over charged for our one night stay. If i wanted to pay $500 for a night this is never a place i would choose for that. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional service and trash condition of the hotel. Management (if there is any) should be ashamed allowing what was once a beautiful hotel (a decade plus ago when i stayed before) to turn into such a pile. If you travel to this area DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! For Saco Maine I expect way better. I’m surprised the city officials haven’t closed this place down. They should!

Went to a soccer game at UNE. So this was an easy and affordable overnight stay. Clean , convenient, friendly staff and breakfast. Checked all the boxes that my wife and I wanted. Would certainly stay here again.
