I’ve room and bed but the breakfast was rubbish. Also why do they have to have everything wrapped in plastic. Cutlery, cups, sugar/creamer all wrapped in plastic. Paper plates and everything is just thrown away. Terrible for the environment.

This was the worst stay ive ever had. I opened the pull out couch bed and it was filthy. There was food in the sheets. I went to the front desk to inform them of this he followed me to my room to look at it and then brouhht me back to the front desk which i thought he was going to change my room but he handed me sheets to change it myself. When i went back to the room i realized there was no mattress protector, went back to the desk to get one, he said they didnt have anymore so he handed me a fitted sheet. Went back to the room opened the fitted sheet and there were stains of blood on it. Brought it back to the desk and no apology nothing. It was disgusting and so was the customer service. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times and were told they were out. I called a few times after our stay and still no call back from the manager. The hotel smelled like curry everywhere. The breakfast was disgusting.

This seems to be a new-ish hotel. It was very clean and modern. The included breakfast was decent and included hot meal options.

The staff was amazing and they cleaned our room everyday which is unusual ever since Covid. Way impressed would definitely recommend when in the area right off the freeway too.
