Great staff and Bar. The biggest issue i have is how far behind tech wise the rooms are. The TV was probably 20 year old and had a humming sound from the speakers. I didn't recall seeing any USB ports in the room. Other than that this is a nice place to stay with excellent views.

Such a lovely place to stay if you are visiting Prescott! Especially during the holiday, the lobby has all the christmassy vibes! Book if you are looking for mountain air views from your balcony. Thank you to all the staff making our stay one we will remember, see you next time!

We had a really nice breakfast in the dining area with excellent service the two servers we had Aspen and Angela both are assets to the facility. We greatly recommend having dine there. We are looking forward to going back because of the excellent service in the hotel as well as a beautiful accommodations. We had blessings to all Delaine and David

Not what we expected..
The room we stayed in was not clean. It had hair still on the floor of the bathroom. The were missing pictures on the wall and the sofa was coming apart. The beds were so old that you sunk to the ground.. Not worth the price.. Best Western is nicer..

I thought over all the price point was a little high and there wasn’t much of anything available late night. Floor vending machine only took coins however one outside casino took both. Odd. Front desk staff arriving late was very nice. Casino employees also very nice. Just seemed overpriced for a Tuesday
