The only problem I had that when I went to bed the flat sheet under the bed cover on one of the beds was crumpled and looked like someone used it. There was also a men’s shirt on a desk chair under the desk which felt like someone lived there before us and the room wasn’t cleaned properly after. Especially it’s not acceptable because we paid a $75 cleaning fee to the property when leaving for the hotel having to clean after having our dog with us.

Breakfasts were excellent. Staff were kind and thoughtful. Snacks in sacks to take, and local newspapers were nice touches. Front office staff really seemed to care. The climate controls took some getting used to.

I booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly. I was not asked when I booked the room if I was traveling with dogs. Only after I booked the NONREFUNDABLE room did they tell me there was a $75 fee per day per dog!! They already had my debit card and charged my account an additional $150. Had I known this BEFORE booking the room I never would have booked it!! Very dishonest of this hotel chain. I will never stay here again!!

We have stayed here several times. It is very convenient to the freeway. The view is not terrific and there is construction very close, but that did not effect our stay. The property itself is well maintained. The room was nice and the breakfast bar is good.
