The staff was accommodating, and incredibly friendly. Even the bartender was very friendly. The hotel was spotless and comfortable. It was a nice area, and had a little trail to walk just down the road.

The hotel is nice but the room I was in was not great. The heater/AC would not turn on and neither did the TV. Good thing I was only there to sleep. I feel like the discount rooms I get thru hotels.com and other sites are usually the worst rooms, I def felt that way this time.

The rooms need some updating. Paint and carpet is in desperate need. Breakfast not as good as most other Holiday Inns. Plus they charge you for it. Should be a little better.

Jay checked me in swiftly and promptly as I was extremely tired and had had a long day. The room was fine but I would ask to place emphasis on the cleanliness in the washroom. Also add in a facewash please! It's an ideal budget hotel if you need a place to crash on a business or short solo trip.

I enjoy the neighborhood as it is close to downtown Princetown... The hotel property is larger and greener than I expected ( meaning nice large trees and grassy areas . Check in was fast with Marc and Jane who were professional and courteous. The room while not the Ritz is large, modern and tasteful plus most importantly spotless without signs of wear. Beds are comfy and linens clean. I am probably staying and extra night longer than okanned as my business schedule has been tiring and this is a nice place to recoup.

We had four people in our room and they only gave us three towels. When I asked the housekeeper in the hall for a fourth towel, I was told no, that I had to request more from downstairs. It was annoying and ridiculous that a four-person room was only given three, small, thin towels.

The lady staff member at the reception desk in the mornings is the rudest and most disrespectful person. I would never go back to this hotel.
