We landed at midnight and called the hotel for a shuttle. Not only was the driver there in 5 minutes he was also the front desk clerk that checked us in. The gentleman was helpful and friendly!

Front lobby and staff were very nice! 3rd floor hallway was filled with Pot smoke as someone was smoking Pot and stunk up the whole hallway Inside the room, it smelled like Urine. We quickly found the source and it was the shower curtain right next to the toilet we turned on the fan and kept the bathroom door closed The hotel is dated and needs a refresh for sure Breakfast was marginal at best

Mixed bag stay
Staff was very good. Condition of the hotel was poor. Door was ajar when I first checked in. Perhaps housekeeping did not shut the door properly after the room was cleaned. Sinks did not drain well at all. Bed pillows and bathroom smelled like cigarettes. My 2nd trip here in 2 months. There won’t be a 3rd.

Very quiet at night, except for passing ambulances going to the nearby hospital. Lovely people at the front desk, nice breakfast setup. The toilet was quite low for an older person, maybe a grab bar installation to help you get up!

My room smells like mildew. It was so loud with people coming and going at all hours, the walls must be paper thin. In the bathroom there is a small shelf, flimsy, not secure, on which sat a box of Kleenex. The Kleenex box cover is metal, heavy, with pointy corners, unnecessarily dangerous. I bumped into this little shelf and the metal box fell on my bare foot, injuring me and drawing blood. It hurt so bad I had a hard time walking that day. I told the manager but nothing was done. I suggest this hotel change to less dangerous Kleenex box covers, something more lightweight and with rounded corners. Other than this awful experience, it looked clean, and has a fridge and microwave.
