Great stay at the fiesta inn
My stay at the fiesta inn was very good, the bed was a bit firm for my liking but not bad. The pool was being renovated and was not available during most of my stay, but was very nice when it re-opened The breakfast was very good, with a rotation of hot dishes and the staff at the egg bar did a fantastic job with cooking the eggs to order. The restaurant and front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful The hotel (while not directly on the beach) is very centrally located inside the Isla mall and only a short walk to the beach.

If you are traveling with kids this is not the place i was with my 2 little boys and they were complaining because they were noisy when kids do kids things and not at night tho, the staff were nice but definitely im not staying here anymore.

When I made my booking hotels.com advertised that it had a pool, however, when we arrived it was under construction. On the day we left, hotels.com still had it advertised as having a pool. The pool had been under renovations for months! Complimentary tea is not included in your stay and will cost you 50 pesos for a single tea bag! Mold in shower, due to lack of ventilation. Otherwise the room was clean. Fiesta Inn also put a group of young men next door to our family who partied all night long and were noisy. We did not feel safe making a complaint. I would not stay here again with my family.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel is excellent. The room was very clean and modern. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. It’s in a small shopping center with high end stores. I give this hotel 5 stars.

This propery was slightly disappointing. Did not enjoy the rain shower or bathroom set-up. Could have been more sound proof walls and doors. Pool closed with a 24 hour notice. Not exceptable. Would not have chosen had we know in advance. Did like location. Bedding was really nice.

My biggest issue is i reserved this property due to its amenities which included the pool. However at arrival we were informed the pool was under construction. That was a disappointment. Our Tv in our room was broken and we were not offered any upgrades. We did like the shopping mall being just downstairs. And they did have breakfast for purchase.

Very lovely place to stay. I love that it’s in the mall. Super convenient. Very, very upset that the pool was not open. Upon booking the reservation, I was not made aware of this until I arrived. The hotel chose to do nothing about that in regards to any refund or discount. Very disappointed.

Really nice property. Very clean and comfortable. Only stayed 1 night bit quite impressed especially for the price. The restaurant in the lobby was very good as well. I would recommend.
