Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely and servers are great! Our experience here was great just wish that our balcony door would lock to avoid traffic noise. We did find hard to sleep as our room is right on the road side.

They did not know that we were bringing a small Shih Tzu dog. I didn't like paying the extra money and they didn't want us to leave our dog for more than an hour. Hotel was clean, very good breakfast and nice pool. The hot was only warm, not hot. Bar restaurant food was great.

The location is very convenient. It is mostly close to every stores you need to go to. I suggest you take the bus going to downtown, easy and safe. Do not believe people who tell you not to leave your hotel, because you will miss half of your life out there! Go out and have fun!

The reception staff was exceptional. As were the girls in the breakfast restaurant. Actually all the staff including the bell boys were wonderful. The only reason we might not come back was the traffic noise. And also the lack of a kettle to heat some water. My husband needed boiled water to take his meds and we would need to ask for room service to get it. Fantastic rooftop pool and quality room decor.

Very nice location to the beach, shopping mall, grocery stores (including Costco, OXXO, Walmart), pier for boats, and restaurants. If you are party freak, Zona Romantica is just a 15 min drive by Uber or bus. If you keep 10 pesos, you can get into bus which is super convenient. People are so awesome and friendly in PV in general. Mio has no direct access to the beach, but it’s a good 15 min walk (unless you find ways to sneak through other resorts). The roof top pool is incredible especially during the sunset. Adults only makes it less chaotic too.

It was nice to stay there. Staff were great. I had my service dog Mike with me and he enjoyed the area. He got his picture taken with the staff. With over 300,000 Internet Followers we would recommend Hotel Mio to anyone, Dog or no Dog. Thankyou Mio staff for making our stay enjoyable. Mike is on Youtube, TicTok, Instagram, and Facebook. If you didn't stay at Mio Vallarta... you haven't been in heaven yet! its the best place for your money! Adults only brings the vibes and comfort if you are looking to relax in the pool with a drink in hand. Enjoy the gorgeous views and the friendly staff!! I even became friends with the Housekeeper Angeles, she made sure our room was comfy and fresh everyday for the entire week! Love this place!

Pleasantly surprised!

Very comfortable room and accommodating staff .prices are very reasonable and any food I had was delicious . If they had a lounge and dinner menu or restaurant I would have made good use . Very little info about the hotel or its services but I managed .
