The menu needs updated as we've stayed here for several years and it's still the same. But I did order from Off The Grill menu and the lobster and steak was fantastic. Miguel and Mario the butlers and Lorenzo the new waiter in the restaurant, are just a few of the reasons we will continue to go back!

Staff was excellent and the overall experience was very pleasant. Would rate a 4.8 but not an option. The food choices were limited and average in taste. That is the only reason I would not give a 5.

The staff is very friendly and service was excellent. You can tell they want you to have a good time. Food was very good- better than some all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at in the past. Bar tenders are quick to serve drinks too! The rooms are clean and are refreshed daily. Very pleased with my experience. Will definitely book again in the future!

Excellent service, from the very first minute we stepped into the property Miguel (Butler) made sure we had everything we could need to have a great time in the property.
