This HOTEL HAS COCKROACHES! We had to change the room. Although new room provided did not have cockroaches, your whole experience is ruined, you also question do you want to eat at this hotel when they provide free breakfast

If the guy that checked me in wasn't so nice, this would have been even worse. 1. Roaches 2. No smoke Detector 3. Water pooled on wrong end of bathtub because floor is not level anywhere. 4. Walls and ceiling peeling, cracking, holes, water damage. Overall pretty horrible. 5. Stained light shade 6. Almost no water pressure. Had to turn the shower cold to get enough pressure to get a shower. This is just generally the worst room I ever stayed in. I stay in 40-50 hotels per year. Even around NYC, I would never pay $200 for this room. I expect this at the $100/$150 price level. I took my belongings back outside to stay in my car away from the bugs. The bed was ok, no bedbugs to be found.

The hallway floor was slanted. The rooms around us smelled like weed. Didn’t feel too safe. Overall felt more like a motel than a hotel. Very rundown property, wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Overall good stay for the price! Nice breakfast, very comfortable beds, and super hot shower will good water pressure. Everyone was nice! Cosmetically the place looked pretty old and dirty, but nothing we couldn't handle.

Horrible property. Looks okay on he outside. Inside, the building looks like it's falling down. The smell is almost unbearable. The room and the hallways slope and not the kind of slope that was built in. Like the building is sinking.

Property is great. I had a issue with the jetted tub. Took over a hour for it to drain after i used it. Something was wrong with the stopper. Outside of that good place.

The property was mostly clean and I don’t have any complaints, one weird thing was that the ground level floor was uneven and sloped in different directions. It didn’t make the stay bad or anything, it was just strange.

Mattresses on both beds got to be changed they’re done , the AC unit too noisy sound like tractor room129 and beside coffee at the lobby I haven’t see any breakfast

Some friends and I were in town for the New York Renaissance fair and stayed here for the low cost and proximity to the fair. The hotel and rooms were clean, our floor was quiet, and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that during breakfast an employee would micromanage guests while they tried to prepare and serve themselves breakfast. While I know she had every mention to be helpful, it was a little off putting and made my party and other guests uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was nice and we would stay again should we go to the fair again.
