The bed was hard and stained you could hear everything from the room and the ac blew out dust partials bathroom also had dirty shower

Overpriced for what you get. Stains on the carpet in the hallways. Unusual smells. If it wasn't for the location (ocean block) it would definitely NOT be worth the money spent. To top it off - I had building service (maid) first vacuum outside my door very loudly and then a loud knock before 10am by a young man saying that checkout was "soon." There was clearly a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. Checkout was at 11am. I was going to complain to the front desk but they were busy checking people out and I just wanted to leave ASAP.

Upon arrival, our room was ready an hour early. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious and everything was in great order. The air conditioning was cold, a must for me. The hotel was in walking distance to all the bars/restaurants in Dewey and a short walk to the Jolly Trolley stop to Rehoboth. The beach was only steps from the hotel. My only downside was there were not enough lounge chairs around the roof top pool deck. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely recommend for families.

This conveniently located hotel is just a block from the beach and from coffee shops and restaurants. The beds are firm, the showers are great, the rooms are large, and the lobby is quite pretty, full of huge potted plants. There’s a great rooftop pool and a parking garage, for a decent price given the location.

Everything was just OK. The bathroom needs some updating so it's easier to clean. Coffee in the main desk area was very good. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant in hallways. Desk staff couldn't answer question I asked and didn't try to get an answer -- I was wondering if it was too late in season for whale watch excursions.

We have stayed at the Gold Leaf in the past. It's a very nice hotel. The only downside this time is that the rates have gone way up, and the stay no longer includes breakfast.

The location is awesome. Easy parking and easy walk to beach access. Lots of shops and dining options close. Staff was great. Rooms were outdated and humid/sticky. Things did not dry in the room.

Less than a block to the beach. Convenient to restaurants, shops, bars, and attractions. Clean and friendly staff. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room (also good coffee in lobby!). Comfortable beds. We've stayed here a couple of times and plan on staying here again. Great for weekend getaway during off season too!
