Book a hotel near Rhodes College, Memphis

"The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was full of walkers and runners being so close to the park and zoo. Our host and hostess had the property well prepared along with a baked cake. We do have a few suggestions to suit parties of all adults. The bathroom in the laundry room could use hooks on the walls for towels and maybe a small table for personal items. We thought two of the rooms had twin beds in them, not roll aways. We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed as being there. Oh, perhaps cone shaped coffee filters being provided. 😉"

"We came to Memphis to visit our son who is a student and soccer player at Christian Bros. University. They had 2 critical games over the weekend and won both...YAY! This was our 5th trip to Memphis this year since moving him up in January and Karen's home is BY FAR the most amazing place we've stayed. From communication, to the ABUNABCE of amenities, to the comfort of the spacious home, the big back yard for our pups, I could go on and on. We love to cook, and the kitchen is spacious and has EVERYTHING you need, and more. And the neighborhood is so lovely with beautiful homes and tree-lined streets for nice walks. We have stayed in many short-term rentals and have never stayed in one that was as well appointed as Karen's. Her very thoughtful attention to detail is truly mind-blowing. Just when you thought, "Oh, I wish I had xxxx", there it was!!! Literally, nothing was overlooked. This will be our go-to place every time we visit. Absolutely no comparison. Thank you, Karen, for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back. "

"Perfect location for our family trip to visit family and include a lot of traditional Memphis experiences. We took a food tour around Beale St, went to the zoo, ate delicious ribs at The Rendezvous across from The Peabody Hotel, toured historical homes in Victorian Village, and had brunch at The Beauty Shop too. All of this was very close by and Overton Park is almost right across the street. The home is plenty large for a family and the only thing that wasn’t as expected was the patio which was missing all of the seat cushions and TV not working. Host was very responsive to questions about the property and very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again. "
