Heat did not work and it was 20 degrees at night. The room stank like cigarettes. The bedding was stained. The smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag. The shower head did not work properly. The furniture was dusty. There was dried blood on the lamp. There were pills on the floor. The bed was very worn out.

Great hotel, excellent desk attendant, my room was stocked with only 1 towel and the sheets and comforters were pretty stained, also in the morning for breakfast all of the eggs and sausage were gone when I left by 8am.

Everyone was kind except one older lady who I assume was a manager was yelling at the staff about something it didn’t seem like a nice way to treat people in front of guests

Everyone was very helpful, the pool area was clean and available, the hot tub was very nice. My trip was for Mayo Clinic visits. They were very easy to work with when I had to extend my stay.

The pool and hot-tub were disgusting. Full of mold and bugs everywhere. I have photos of film and slimy substance on floor in pool, rooms were no better. Staff on earbud phone calls, personal calls and ignored customers

Great except for minimal handicap parking

I love staying at Quality Inn. It is convenient to Mayo Clinin and the staff are great. Room is comfortable and always in great condition. The only complaint I have is that there is very few handicap parking spots and the entranace door does not have a handicap door and is very difficult to open for a handicapped person
